All orders are processed through our secure server. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex. International orders are welcome. We ship worldwide.
Shipping
Shipping is normally within 24 hours for orders received Monday through Friday morning. Orders received over the weekend normally ship Mondays. Shipping expense is $5.99 for decal and small parts orders up to $25.00, $11.99 for orders up to $100.00, $15.99 up to $200.00 and $19.99 for orders over $200.00. Actual shipping charges apply for orders over $400.00. All orders are sent with delivery confirmation, usually by USPS. Actual additional charges will be added for any priority services.
International orders are usually shipped Priority International Mail, insured, unless otherwise requested. Actual shipping charges apply.
Returns
We don't want unhappy customers. New, unused items in their original unopened packaging are returnable within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Email sales@desplaineshobbies.com or call 847-297-2118 for return authorization. Special order items are not returnable.
